The Saving Circle Program helps low-income individuals and families to save for needed assets.  
The program uses Individual Development Accounts to match your savings 3:1. You will have up to six months to save for your asset goal.

For every $1 you save, we will match it with $3 in credits.

pleased to host nine bus tutorials taking place in
Winnipeg in the months of May and June.

Nobody's Perfect Training
NOBODY'S PERFECT is a parenting education and support program for parents of children from birth to age five. It is designed to meet the needs of parents who are young, single, socially or geographically isolated or who have low income or limited formal education. It informs parents about the "whens," "whats" and "whys" of the first five years of childhood. Participation is voluntary and free of charge to parents.
